My Journey<\/h1>\n

\u201cWhat I share today was not born from books. It was born on the paths that Life asked me to walk.\u201d<\/em><\/h2>\n

No longer to search, nor to run away\u2026 But to serve.<\/p>\n

Every step, every encounter, every trial and every teaching has reminded me of a truth that I, too, continue to learn each day:<\/p>\n

The Living transforms us when we allow ourselves to open to Love, Consciousness and Presence.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

I do not know where Life will lead me tomorrow.<\/p>\n

But I now know how I wish to walk: with greater truth, greater simplicity and greater love.<\/p>\n

And if our paths cross, it will be a joy to walk part of the way together.<\/p>\n

Real Life Began Very Early\u2026<\/h2>\n

I was three years old.<\/p>\n

My mother, courageous and deeply devoted, worked tirelessly to provide for us. My father had disappeared a few months after I was born. <\/p>\n

I grew up surrounded by people who had time to care for me, but who carried deep wounds of their own.<\/p>\n

Very early on, I was exposed to realities that no child should ever have to understand: addiction, violence, fear, conflict, excess, and relationships that destroy rather than build.<\/p>\n

For a long time, I wondered why Life had placed me there.<\/p>\n

Today, I no longer ask myself that question.<\/p>\n

Because I understand that those early years developed within me an ability that has never left me: the ability to see beyond appearances.<\/p>\n

From a very young age, I learned to sense what was left unspoken.<\/p>\n

To perceive the suffering behind people\u2019s behaviour.<\/p>\n

To listen to silence as much as to words.<\/p>\n

I did not know it yet, but Life was already preparing me for the role I would one day choose: to support human beings in exploring what they carry at the deepest level.<\/b><\/p>\n

My childhood was not only difficult.<\/p>\n

It was initiatory.<\/p>\n

Because it is often in the heart of darkness that we discover the first spark of light.<\/p>\n

And when that light is encountered from within, it never truly leaves us.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The Beginning of My Search for Meaning\u2026<\/h2>\n

At six years old, I could not wait to start school.<\/p>\n

To me, it held the promise of a new beginning: friends, games, a place where I might finally belong.<\/p>\n

It was nothing like that.<\/p>\n

My sensitivity, the way I experienced the world and connected with others often seemed to unsettle people.<\/p>\n

Very quickly, I became the scapegoat of my class: insults, humiliation and physical violence became part of my everyday life.<\/p>\n

At home, the wounds continued.<\/p>\n

My stepfather, imprisoned by his own suffering, expressed his jealousy through control, humiliation and, often, violence.<\/p>\n

For a long time, I believed there was something wrong with me.<\/p>\n

Then, at fourteen, after another assault, I reached a point where I could no longer see a way out.<\/p>\n

I seriously considered ending my life.<\/p>\n

Looking back, I believe that what died that day was not me, but the illusion that my life belonged to the judgement of others.<\/p>\n

In the midst of that inner darkness, a quiet yet unwavering certainty arose:<\/p>\n

if I wanted to find peace, no one could walk that path in my place.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

That was the first step\u2014the first of a long pilgrimage.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Taking Responsibility and Letting Go\u2026<\/h2>\n

I did not understand it yet, but this period would become the foundation of everything I share today.<\/p>\n

I discovered that true freedom does not begin when our lives become easier, but when we stop waiting for the world to change before we begin changing ourselves.<\/b><\/p>\n

The wounds of my childhood stayed with me for several years. They took different forms: addictions, patterns of escape and the need to fill an emptiness that nothing outside of me seemed capable of filling. <\/p>\n

Over time, I understood that these addictions were not the real problem. They were an imperfect attempt to soothe a deeper pain.<\/b><\/p>\n

I then began searching for a way of living that felt true enough to bring me back to peace.<\/p>\n

From that point onward, knowledge entered my life through encounters, pilgrimages, travels and practices.<\/p>\n

But very quickly, something became clear to me.<\/p>\n

Knowledge alone transforms no one.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

It becomes wisdom only when it is lived, experienced and felt in the body, until it becomes a natural way of inhabiting the world.<\/p>\n

From that day forward, I made myself a promise: never to teach what I had not first sought to live myself.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The Path That Brought Me Here\u2026<\/h2>\n

Since adolescence, I have never sought to accumulate experiences. I have sought to understand. <\/p>\n

To understand why human beings suffer.<\/p>\n

Why do some people collapse while others grow through the very same trials?<\/p>\n

Why can we sometimes feel profoundly alive\u2026 only to feel completely disconnected from ourselves a few days later?<\/p>\n

Looking back, I understand that every stage of my life was answering one and the same question:<\/p>\n

How can we live in harmony with the Living?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

I simply did not know it yet\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

2004\u20132013: The First Awakenings of Consciousness<\/b><\/h3>\n

My search begins with human relationships.<\/p>\n

The first book that profoundly changes me is Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus by John Gray.<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

I discover that there are keys to understanding others more deeply, communicating differently and creating more conscious relationships.<\/p>\n

That discovery opens a door that will never close again.<\/p>\n

At the same time, I take on a variety of jobs: flooring, plastering, cinema, cooking, waiting tables\u2026<\/p>\n

At the time, I do not yet realise it, but each of these jobs is already teaching me something essential: respect for work, commitment and service.<\/p>\n

In 2007<\/b>, I become a football referee.<\/p>\n

For several years, the football pitch becomes my school of emotional intelligence: making decisions under pressure, remaining calm in the face of aggression, and standing by my decisions without seeking approval.<\/p>\n

I discover that leadership often begins where the need to be liked ends.<\/p>\n

In 2009<\/b>, I move to London.<\/p>\n

I thought I was going there to learn a language. What I encountered above all was another way of seeing the world. <\/p>\n

It was also during this period that, for the first time, I read the first edition of the King James Bible<\/a> in its entirety.<\/p>\n

Without belonging to any particular religion, I discover the teachings of Christ, which continue to profoundly inspire the way I live today.<\/p>\n

Then, in 2011, I begin studying at the Geneva Hotel Management School<\/a><\/p>\n

There, I acquire skills in management, organisation and leadership, but above all, I discover the joy of bringing teams together around a shared vision.<\/p>\n

In 2013<\/strong>, The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz <\/a>further expands my understanding of human nature.<\/p>\n

An intuition begins to grow within me. There is another way to live\u2014freer, more conscious and simpler. <\/p>\n

I decide to dedicate my life to exploring it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

2013\u20132020: Serving Before Understanding<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Swiss Armed Forces become one of my greatest training grounds.<\/p>\n

At first glance, everything about the military world seems opposed to what I share today.<\/p>\n

And yet\u2026<\/p>\n

It is probably there that I learned some of the greatest lessons of my life.<\/p>\n

At a young age, I lead teams, manage significant budgets, organise large-scale events and discover that leadership is not about imposing your will, but about creating the conditions in which everyone can give their best.<\/p>\n

At the same time, I pursue several training programmes in leadership and management, eventually earning my Swiss Federal Diploma (Similar to a Bachelor Degree)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But it is above all real-world experience that shapes me.<\/p>\n

In 2018<\/strong>, I deploy to Kosovo as an officer in the Swiss Armed Forces.<\/p>\n

For a year and a half, I live in a region still deeply marked by the scars of war.<\/p>\n

I meet men and women who have lost everything.<\/p>\n

Families who, despite it all, continue to love, rebuild and hope.<\/p>\n

That experience profoundly changes the way I see the world.<\/p>\n

I understand that peace is not an external condition, but a way of inhabiting whatever happens to us. It always begins within. <\/p>\n

When I return to Switzerland, another truth becomes clear.<\/p>\n

I can learn to lead teams. I can learn to manage organisations. But I will never truly be able to support another human being without first learning to meet myself. <\/p>\n

For a year, I continue my training with Franck Nicolas<\/a>, exploring personal leadership and self-knowledge.<\/p>\n

I still believe that I am building my life, but in reality\u2026 Life is preparing to dismantle everything I thought I was.<\/p>\n

Then comes 2020<\/strong>: a pivotal year, marked by a profound existential crisis experienced as a symbolic death. I lose my bearings only to be reborn more fully into myself\u2014the beginning of an alchemy of renewal and spiritual expansion. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

2020\u20132022: Dying to Be Reborn<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The year 2020 will probably remain one of the most important turning points of my life.<\/p>\n

From the outside, everything still appears to be standing. But inside\u2026 everything collapses.<\/p>\n

Certainties disappear, roles fall away and masks become impossible to wear.<\/p>\n

I go through a profound existential crisis and, looking back, I no longer see it as a collapse, but rather as an immense grace.<\/p>\n

Because it was precisely when everything that was not truly me fell apart that I began to meet who I really was.<\/p>\n

This period marks the beginning of an immense inner journey.<\/p>\n

I train in energy rebalancing with Alain Giger.<\/a><\/p>\n

I deepen my understanding of naturopathy, living foods, fasting and natural regeneration processes with Dr Ir\u00e8ne Grosjean<\/a> and Dr Sylvie Grosjean<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I then discover holistic guidance with Mika Denissot.<\/a><\/p>\n

But very quickly, another truth becomes obvious.<\/p>\n

No method can ever replace experience.<\/p>\n

So I walk.<\/p>\n

In 2021<\/strong>, I set off alone from Hendaye to Santiago de Compostela<\/a>, and then continue to Cabo Fisterra<\/a>. Nine hundred and five kilometres. <\/p>\n

A few months later, I also cross the Swiss Alps along the Via Alpina.<\/a><\/p>\n

For many people, these walks are sporting achievements. For me, they become laboratories of consciousness. <\/p>\n

Day after day, the path strips away everything unnecessary. Only the essential remains: walking, breathing and trusting. <\/p>\n

The following year, I return to the Camino de Santiago<\/a>. This time, I begin in Fribourg, Switzerland. More than two thousand kilometres on foot in fifty-nine days. <\/p>\n

That second pilgrimage permanently changes the way I inhabit the world.<\/p>\n

Little by little, I stop searching for answers. I learn to trust the questions. <\/p>\n

It is also on this path that the idea for my first book, The cherry on the road - Diary of a Modern Pilgrim<\/em>, is born.<\/p>\n

That same year, I found Fabio\u2019s Cocoon<\/strong>. Not as a business, but as the natural continuation of everything Life was teaching me. <\/p>\n

During this same period, I continue exploring inner alchemy according to the ancient Essene tradition<\/a> and medical dowsing<\/a>. These approaches deepen my understanding of subtle energies, consciousness and the natural mechanisms of healing. <\/p>\n

Gradually, a vision becomes clear to me: the body, emotions, mind, energy and spiritual dimension cannot be separated. From this understanding emerged the holistic approach that lies at the very heart of my work today. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

2023\u20132024: Becoming the Path<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For a long time, I searched for answers.<\/p>\n

Then one day, I understood that Life was no longer asking me simply to learn. It was asking me to embody.<\/p>\n

In 2023,<\/strong> I begin publicly sharing what the previous years had patiently built within me.<\/p>\n

I give my first talks in the South of France, first at the Light Club in Bandol and then at La F\u00eate du Vivant<\/em>, where I share a vision that still lives deeply within me today: true transformation is not about becoming someone else, but about rediscovering what we already are.<\/p>\n

A few weeks later, I walk two hundred kilometres in the footsteps of Saint Francis of Assisi<\/a>, between La Verna and Assisi. <\/p>\n

Once again, the path becomes my greatest teacher. Saint Francis inspires me not only through his words, but through the way he lived: his humility, his simplicity and his relationship with all of creation. <\/p>\n

I come to understand that spirituality is not an idea, but a way of inhabiting each moment.<\/p>\n

That same year, I organise my first retreats.<\/p>\n

Then The Art of Reinventing Your Life<\/em> is born, a guided workbook designed to help people transform their intentions into everyday actions.<\/p>\n

I also continue attending several Vipassana<\/a> retreats while deepening my exploration of traditional Tantra and shamanism.<\/a><\/p>\n

Little by little, everything begins to converge. What once seemed like many different paths starts revealing a single direction. <\/p>\n

Always the same one: the return to the Living.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

2024\u20132025: Exploring the Living<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In July 2024, I make one of the most important decisions of my life.<\/p>\n

I sell almost everything I own and leave Switzerland with a backpack and no return date.<\/p>\n

Many people ask me what I am running away from, and looking back, I can answer with certainty: I was running away from nothing.<\/p>\n

I was simply answering a call.<\/p>\n

Over the months that follow, Life becomes my only school.<\/p>\n

I travel through Mongolia, Russia, China, Nepal, India, Thailand, Bali, Peru and Guatemala.<\/p>\n

Each country teaches me a different facet of the Living.<\/p>\n

In Nepal, the mountains remind me of humility. Everest and Annapurna are not climbed in opposition to nature. They are approached with respect. <\/p>\n

In India, yoga<\/a> ceases to be simply a physical practice. It becomes a way of unifying body, breath, heart and consciousness. <\/p>\n

In Thailand, the Taoist teachings of Mantak Chia<\/a> invite me to understand that our vital energy is not an obstacle to transcend, but a creative force we must learn to love and consciously direct.<\/p>\n

Then comes Peru. I spend an entire month in the heart of the Amazon rainforest immersed in the Shipibo tradition.<\/a> <\/p>\n

That immersion marks a clear before and after in my life.<\/p>\n

For the first time, I stop trying to understand Life. I allow it to teach me. Ceremony after ceremony, something within me dies: my need to control. <\/p>\n

I discover that true healing is not about becoming better, but about letting go of what separates us from our deepest nature.<\/p>\n

A few months later, in Guatemala, another chapter begins.<\/p>\n

While studying sacred mushrooms <\/a>and ancestral traditions, I become aware of a responsibility I had never fully embraced.<\/p>\n

I understand that certain experiences are not given to us to be kept for ourselves.<\/p>\n

They are entrusted to us so that they may humbly be placed in service of others.<\/p>\n

This understanding profoundly transforms the way I support people.<\/p>\n

Little by little, I stop wanting to guide.<\/p>\n

I learn instead to create a space in which each person can encounter their own truth.<\/p>\n

At the end of the year, I return to India to complete an intensive 500-hour yoga teacher training<\/a>, continuing to bring into the body everything Life had already begun to teach me.<\/p>\n

I discover that the true teacher is neither a person nor a tradition.<\/p>\n

The true teacher is Life itself.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

2024-2026 : Embodying the Living<\/strong><\/h3>\n

At the beginning of the year, I feel the need to slow down.<\/p>\n

After exploring so many traditions, cultures and ways of living, something becomes clear to me: it is time to stop accumulating experiences and begin integrating them.<\/p>\n

I travel across Sri Lanka from north to south, following the rhythm of encounters, temples, the ocean and the mountains. This journey teaches me a new form of simplicity: one that no longer seeks to add more, but instead learns to fully appreciate what is already here. <\/p>\n

In March, I return to the practice of Vipassana<\/a>, this time in Australia. I spend eleven days in silent retreat, followed by eleven days of service supporting new meditators. For the first time, I discover another dimension of this practice: sharing through presence rather than through words. Service becomes a meditation in itself. <\/p>\n

A few weeks later, I continue my journey with Clairvision in Australia, attending the Opening the Third Eye workshop<\/a>, followed by IST 101 (Inner Space Techniques)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This approach marks an important stage in my journey. I deepen my observation of consciousness, the release of emotional memories and my understanding of the unconscious mechanisms that influence our behaviour. I discover powerful tools that allow me to support people in revisiting certain experiences from their lives\u2014not to relive the past, but to transform the imprint it has left and regain greater inner freedom. <\/p>\n

This training naturally enriches the way I work with others. It integrates with the different approaches I have explored over the years, within an increasingly coherent vision of the human being\u2014one in which body, emotions, energy and consciousness remain in constant dialogue and are never treated as separate. <\/p>\n

I then return to Bali to complete the final revisions of The cherry on the road - Diary of a Modern Pilgrim<\/em>, the fruit of four years of writing and several months of walking. This book, due to be published in November 2026, is far more than a travel story. It is the testimony of an inner transformation and a gradual return to what truly matters. <\/p>\n

Life then leads me to New Zealand. I travel across much of the North Island by hitchhiking, then explore the South Island by car\u2014from the wild beaches of Abel Tasman to the fjords of Doubtful Sound, through mountains, glaciers and the landscapes that brought the world of The Lord of the Rings to life, a universe that has nourished my imagination since childhood. <\/p>\n

Once again, I realise that the most magnificent landscapes are not a destination, but an invitation to return to silence.<\/p>\n

Before leaving the country, I return once more to Vipassana, this time serving at the Dhamma Medin\u012b centre<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Closing this chapter through service reminds me of an essential truth: every spiritual path eventually loses its meaning if it does not translate, one day, into giving something of ourselves.<\/p>\n

Today, my journey continues in a different way.<\/p>\n

I no longer walk in search of something outside myself, but to give an increasingly authentic form to everything Life has allowed me to live, experience and integrate.<\/p>\n

For several years, Fabio\u2019s Cocoon<\/strong> carried my work and symbolised this invitation to journey inward in order to transform.<\/p>\n

That chapter was essential.<\/p>\n

But over time, something became clear: I no longer needed to place what I share behind a brand, a concept or an identity separate from my own.<\/p>\n

I have therefore chosen to bring all of my work together under my own name: Fabio Sinicropi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To return to something simpler, more human and more authentic.<\/p>\n

Because over the years, I have come to understand that what I share is neither a fixed method nor a concept to follow.<\/p>\n

It is a way of inhabiting Life.<\/p>\n

A continuous search for coherence between what I think, what I feel, what I say and what I do.<\/p>\n

A way of returning to the Living, again and again.<\/p>\n

And this is the path I strive, each day, to embody a little more fully.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
