My Journey, in Service of Your Growth<\/b><\/h3>\n

The retreat I have created for you is the fruit of nearly twenty years of exploration and deeply personal experience. It brings together the very practices that support my own vitality in everyday life. <\/p>\n

Since adolescence, I have been searching for meaning in my existence. For a long time, I felt chained to fear, stress and the feeling that I had to \u201cfight\u201d in order to move forward, following paths that gradually took me further away from my true nature. Over the past several years, however, I have chosen to transform that search into a profound journey of healing. <\/p>\n

By daring to look within, I have been able to make peace with many of my fears and transform my reality to create more space for joy, love and flow. This inner work ultimately allowed me to fully embrace my path as a holistic therapist. Today, I wish to share that same clarity with you. <\/p>\n
